Founded in Paris as an insurance brokerage firm, Ascoma soon made the strategic decision to expand across Africa. Guided by an ambitious vision, the company grew to become the leading independent brokerage network in sub-Saharan Africa, with more than 900 employees across 23 countries.
Since 2021, Ascoma has continued its growth journey alongside Chedid Capital Group. In 2024, the Group became Ascoma’s sole shareholder, further strengthening its position as a leading insurance brokerage group across Africa and the Middle East.
