As part of the development of its business and portfolio management, we are looking for a Client Manager (M/F) within Ascoma Togo based in Lomé.
Reporting to the Sales Department, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Development and retention of the client portfolio
- Support and personalized client relations
- Prospecting and commercial expansion
- Administrative, financial and contractual management
- Performance analysis and process optimization
- Interdepartmental collaboration and coordination
Required Profile:
- Ability to manage a client portfolio: listening, analyzing needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
- Expertise in the insurance sector.
- Negotiation and business development skills.
- Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach to improve account profitability.
- Autonomy and organizational skills to efficiently manage administrative and commercial tasks.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy to maintain trusted relationships with clients.
- Rigor and adaptability in a dynamic commercial environment.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum qualification of Bachelor’s degree level in insurance, business or management, marketing, sales
- Proven experience in a similar position is required
Position available on a fixed-term contract with possibility of evolution to permanent contract based on performance and suitability for the position.
