Reporting to the Human Resources Director for Ivory Coast, we are seeking a Human Resources Manager<\/strong> (M\/F) on a permanent contract to oversee the subsidiaries in the WAF and WAGG zones.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
You will contribute to the implementation of the strategic HR guidelines defined by the Group HR Director for the region, in compliance with the legal provisions of the countries and the governance documents of the entire Group, to ensure the legal conformity of practices and the adequacy of human resources to the needs and budget of the subsidiaries in the zone. You will contribute to the implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) to ensure the continuous availability of tools for strategic decision-making and the continuous improvement of HR practices.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Job Objectives: <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    \r\n
  • Ensure legal, collective agreement, and contractual compliance in personnel administration management (employment contracts, leave, absenteeism, departures, internships)<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  • Achieve the compliance rates required by the group for digital tool management and the application of group procedures (Recruitment, Mobility, Departures, loans, leave, etc.)<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  • Ensure the accuracy of payroll operations for the entire zone by HR staff, the processing of taxes, and all types of contributions and deductions<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  • Organize workplace visits, identify occupational risks, and produce relevant analyses<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Main Missions: <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      \r\n
    • Document analysis, development of action plans for compliance by subsidiary (Procedures, charters, employment contracts, and amendments).<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
    • Analysis of subsidiaries’ budget forecasts and preparation of action plans (recruitment needs, training, provision of material resources, benefits, social actions).<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
    • Analysis of payroll migration reports by country.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
    • Supervision of subsidiary payroll processing.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
    • Supervise the processing of tax and social charges and other deductions, and prevent adjustments and administrative sanctions.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
    • Audit the HR management system of subsidiaries and corrective action plans (Plan ad hoc missions to subsidiaries to evaluate the system and meet with administration and supervisory bodies).<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
    • Organize the execution of health and safety at work actions.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
    • Oversee the execution of staff capacity building actions.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
    • Lead the implementation of the ACI (Ivory Coast) system in other subsidiaries in the zone.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
    • Organize the forward-looking management of jobs and skills in the zone and career management.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
    • Lead actions to harmonize the management of insurance policies for all staff in the zone’s subsidiaries.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
    • Consolidate HR activity monitoring data from all subsidiaries and produce key social indicators as well as periodic analyses<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
