It remains the market leader in the field today. <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the development of its business and portfolio management, we are looking for a Client Manager (M\/F) within Ascoma Togo based in Lom\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reporting to the Sales Department, you will be responsible for the following duties:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>Development and retention of the client portfolio<\/strong><\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>Support and personalized client relations<\/strong><\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>Prospecting and commercial expansion<\/strong><\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>Administrative, financial and contractual management<\/strong><\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>Performance analysis and process optimization<\/strong><\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>Interdepartmental collaboration and coordination<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Required Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Ability to manage a client portfolio: listening, analyzing needs and proposing appropriate solutions.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Expertise in the insurance sector.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Negotiation and business development skills.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach to improve account profitability.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Autonomy and organizational skills to efficiently manage administrative and commercial tasks.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy to maintain trusted relationships with clients.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Rigor and adaptability in a dynamic commercial environment.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Education &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Minimum qualification of Bachelor&#8217;s degree level in insurance, business or management, marketing, sales<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Proven experience in a similar position is required<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Position available on a <strong>fixed-term contract with possibility of evolution to permanent contract<\/strong> based on performance and suitability for the position.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Ascoma Group specializes in insurance brokerage.
