It remains the market leader in this field today. <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the development of its business and portfolio management, we are looking for a Customer Account Manager (M\/F) within Ascoma Niger, based in Niamey.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will notably contribute to the implementation of the subsidiary&#8217;s Commercial policy by developing business and saturating client portfolios to help achieve assigned objectives.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reporting to the Sales Department, you will be responsible for the following duties:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Conduct commercial prospecting according to a well-established plan<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Develop new business and saturate various portfolios<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Foster relationships with partners and build customer loyalty within the portfolio<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Initiate promotional activities and advertising campaigns for products<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Contribute to premium collection as well as the recovery of unpaid debts and arrears<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Help manage customer claims and process their complaints to ensure satisfaction<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Perform administrative tasks for the office<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Analyze customer expectations and offer tailor-made solutions<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Evaluate the effectiveness of commercial actions, diagnose any difficulties, and propose appropriate solutions<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Monitor market developments and competitor offerings to continuously adapt the company&#8217;s offerings<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Participate in the establishment of conventional documents (quotations, contracts, T, GCs, agreements, amendments, etc.)<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Check production documents and ensure their archiving<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Contribute to the drafting of periodic activity reports<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Contribute to the calculation and analysis of activity performance indicators<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Contribute to customer compensation activities<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Contribute to the development of the employer brand&#8217;s reputation<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Monitor client contracts and renewals (maturity notices, premium adjustments)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Required Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Knowledge of insurance products (P, Health, and Life);<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Mastery of negotiation and sales techniques;<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Ability to analyze needs and propose suitable solutions;<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Knowledge of the CIMA Code;<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Knowledge of commercial management;<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Good aptitude for customer satisfaction and loyalty;<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Mastery of prospecting techniques and direct client relations with corporate and individual clients;<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Ability to represent the company at events, professional meetings, and business networks;<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Education Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Master&#8217;s degree (Bac+4\/5) in Business Management, Marketing, Insurance, Banking-Insurance, or Insurance Law<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>3 to 5 years of experience in the insurance sector<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Position available on a <strong>fixed-term contract with possibility of evolution to permanent contract<\/strong> based on performance and suitability for the position.<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Ascoma Group specializes in insurance brokerage.
